I made fish cakes for the first time today. They were pretty good if you don't mind me tooting my own horn. Alex Solis, Jillian, and JD liked them. JD helped me fry them and he's got some great form at making them into balls. They were tasty!!! Not as good as grandma's but not in the least bit shabby. We are going to try tempura and homemade udon for tomorrow's dinner. Woks are such great and versatile pieces of cooking equipment.
