I had to post this considering I am an EE major. It will be interesting to see if there will be an improvement in our education system as a whole, not just focused on specific areas. Some parts of this report smell suspiciously like businesses trying to get the government to reduce the cost of doing business in the U.S. under the guise that it will reduce or prevent outsourcing.
